To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must remain unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible due to the automated fulfillment process.

Delivery timelines are estimated at 7–10 business days, but delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, high order volumes, or unforeseen logistics situations.

Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method after verification. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
